Ethical Standards

Beliefs and Ethics Guiding our Service

All individuals and organizations fall short of the standards they seek to meet, but here are the ones we espouse and that guide the National Auctioneers Association and The National Association Realtors.

The Golden Rule, “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”,  and the Rotary International four way test, guide us in what we say and do.

  • Is it the Truth
  • Is it fair to all concerned?
  • Will it build good will and better friendships?
  • Will it be beneficial to all concerned

Also the quote from our mentor Paul Semonin Jr.’s letter below, as well as the belief that prayer and heavy advertising helps our clients the most, guides us in giving service:

“Good Salesmanship involves telling the truth attractively even when it means you may lose the listing or the sale, because the immediate transaction is not as important as your career and the next 1000 transactions. Auction Professionals of Kentucky, LLC team is interested in lasting relationships and helping customers and clients more than once in their journey in life.”

“Your Reputation – a reputation for honesty and integrity, and one deriving of confidence, creates for you the image that best assures you profits in this business. With it, success will be yours and doors will swing wide for you . Without it, your fate surely is one of mediocrity and failure.”
